Making cupcakes is a nice alternative to baking a cake in that there is not cutting or slicing needed and it takes a fraction of the time in the oven, so your house does not heat up as much. We love desserts and are trying new recipes this summer. Here is one I found in Cupcakes, by Ceri Hadda.

Wow .. I'm drooling over here. Can I please have one/
ReplyDeleteI am probably one of the very few that does not like anything with coffee flavor! Too bad for me, yes, I hear you all saying that.
ReplyDeleteBut I can still have lots of your recipe favorites by just changing that one ingredient. I know, it isn't the same, but it works for me.
I apologize for being weird, but then that's me. I don't like the flavor of cola either. Please don't abandon me, I still need friends!! lol.......... And I do LOVE Chocolate......... That should get me some friend points....... Right?!
Have a wonderful weekend and really thanks for sharing, because these (except for the Espresso Powder) sound heavenly.

So many people are doing cupcakes this week. I just want to be the taste-tester for all of them. I hope you will join me at Diningwithdebbie.blogspot.com for Crock Pot Wednesdays. The details for that and the Mister Linky are already posted. The first giveaway item has been announced and you can expect the additional ones over the next few days. The date of the first event is August 5. Thanks for sharing.
